The Huffington Post reports that Kylie and Kendall Jenner have been sued, along with PacSun because one of their branded T-Shirts sold at PacSun allegedly violated a trademark.
Island Company alleges they trademarked the following verbose fashion statement:
“Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return.“
Meanwhile the Jenners are alleged to have violated that trademark with tees saying this:
“Run away. Fall in love. Never return.“
We don’t know how this lawsuit will work out, but we have 3 suggested new slogans for Island Company, whoever they are:
- “Buy A Ticket. Never Return. No, We’re Not Creepy. Just Come With Us.”
- “But this shirt. Never return it. We make less money when you do that.”
- “Island Company: We Have The Worst Career and Love Advice In The World!”

I think “Never return” just means that these t-shirts cannot be returned.
