According to a recent study, people in Hawaii get the least sleep, while people in South Dakota, Colorado, and Minnesota get the most.

- Hard to jump out of bed in the morning when floor is made of ice in Minnesota.
- Once NFL season ends hard to stay awake watching any of Denver’s other three sports teams.
- Hawaiians permanently jet-lagged on mainland time.
