CNN reports that Chris Christie boarded the “Quiet Car” of an Amtrak train, where loud conversations and cell phone conversations are no-nos.  Upon being told of the situation by the conductor, the former Governor left the car, and according to his spokesperson, “enjoyed the rest of his time on the train from the cafe car.”

3 Questions That Arise From This Story

1. What did he enjoy in the cafe on this slow news day? Answer: probably everything he could!
2. What was Chris Christie doing on an environmentally-more-friendly train? (Perhaps he knew a local bridge was closed.)
3. How come Amtrak doesn’t hire a librarian to shush people in the quiet car?  The librarian could even give Mr. Christie a copy of the Art of the Deal to read, and he couldn’t get all angry and yell, because those are the rules.
