Variety reports that the sequel to the movie Independence Day has been officially titled “Independence Day Resurgence.”

Here are 3 titles we would have proposed for the movie:

1. Independence Day: Mild Resurgence. (Because let’s face it, bringing us a sequel almost 20 years later is not exactly surging.)

2. Hey, Jeff Goldblum’s Got Work Again! (Because we were worried after not seeing him in Jurassic World.)

3. Another Movie Resurrected From The 1990s That Is Not A Superhero Movie. (We wouldn’t want to see a movie with this title, but bet the Wayans brothers would love to make it!)
