KLTV reports that the lemonade stand of seven and eight year-old girls was shut down by East Texas police for not having a permit or passed health department inspections.  At least they weren’t selling the following:

3 Worse Items Kids Could Sell In A Texas Neighborhood Than Lemonade

1. Fake lemonade stand permits

2. Fake health department certificates indicating “Pass”

3. Fake police badges (to give to kids to pretend to run around town arresting people for lame things instead of real crimes.)
