Yahoo reports that new Samsung TVs come with a warning that the TV may be spying on you.

Here is part of the privacy statement:

“Please be aware that if your spoken words include personal or other sensitive information, that information will be among the data captured and transmitted to a third party through your use of Voice Recognition.”

The real question is: who is the third party? Here are 3 guesses.

1. Ghost from the movie Poltergeist.

2. Somewhere That May Be Hacked Incorporated.

3. Party at your neighbors’ place that you weren’t invited to. Yes, they will be laughing at the fact you’re stuck watching TV.
