Looks Like Someone May Have Been A Bit Too “Hasty” When They Put Up This Store Sign

This is a store sign from a convenience store chain called “Hasty Market” we took the other day. As you can see, it appears someone may have been a little too hasty in the sign installation, as the it appears to have been put on backwards.

We acknowledge that we were ourselves hasty in taking our photo, or else there wouldn’t be telephone poles in the way, and we would have used a nice filter to make this look better.

3 Things We Would Expect To Find In A Store With Backward Signage

1. A store clerk uploading selfies of themselves to Facebook using a mirror instead of the ubiquitous holding-your-arm-out-selfie. To those of you posting selfies in mirrors, there is nothing wrong with that, as long as you don’t do it in your bathroom and don’t include shots of jock itch relief powder in the pic, because people can read “Cruex Antifungal Spray Powder” backwards.

2. Anti-anti fungal spray powder. The double negatives cancel each other out, so you might not want to use “Fungal Spray Powder” if you are ever in Backwardsland. Also, if you give yourself jock itch in Backwardsland, you seem unlikely to be an actual jock, and more likely to run to the wrong end zone in a gym class football game. (Which, luckily is okay in Backwardsland!)

3. Backwards prices! We’ll let you decide whether that $5.00 lottery ticket is a good deal for $00.5. Just don’t be upset if your $00.000,05 win doesn’t seem worth all the scratching you did. The good news is that you were spending time scratching a lottery ticket, and not yourself due to the confusing-to-treat backward jock itch that exists in Backwardsland.
